The program myCCA is a must-have for every college consultant. It is affordable, easy to use, and exceptionally helpful. I am a one-woman operation, and there aren't enough hours in the day. I have found that myCCA is like having a personal assistant. It frees up time so that I can focus on what I love doing, which is helping my clients. myCCA is my one-stop-shop for keeping track of all my students' information, communicating with my clients, and keeping their parents up-to-date on their child's progress. They provide great support and they are constantly working to improve the program to make it even more useful for college consultants and their clients. I wonder how I ever got along without myCCA.

Mycca.net has been used successfully by Early Light Educational Consulting for years. It has helped me keep track of my own clients and those of my associates. Since its inception, this small company has provided college counseling services to 240 college bound students and their families, so it is great to have a centralized place to store and manipulate the information on each student, past or present. The program offers flexibility in altering headings/connection relationships/high school names/etc. (through the lookups tab) to suit your individual needs.

I began using mycca.net when I became an "official" consultant and signed my first client. After years of working with students, this was the first time I had been out on my own and responsible for actually running a business. Mycca.net was the perfect tool to organize me. It provided a place for all the little things I didn't know where to put, and in my case, information I didn't think about gathering or realize I needed!
One of my favorite features in mycca.net is the session organizer. Not only does it help me keep track of what was discussed, but it also helps me monitor the time spent with the clients. With the click of a button, I can produce a transcript of every session I had, what was discussed, and how long we met.
Mycca.net has dozens of features that allow you to spend more time consulting, as opposed to searching for information. I love being able to speak with a client and click open screens that let me refer to test scores, test dates, past conversations, and college selections. I can even click open a college web site or paste in my own information to enhance what has already been provided by mycca.net. Mycca.net was incredibly easy to navigate, and on those rare occasions that I needed help, support was immediate. As a "newbie", I can honestly say that mycca.net has made the business and research end of the process much easier. I would highly recommend mycca.net to anyone that likes to be organized and loves to have information at their fingertips.

Mycca.net has been invaluable to me in my work as an independent consultant. Moreover, Cyndy is always available to listen to ideas for new features that would be helpful. The 3 best features of mycca.net are:
- Provides a spreadsheet to keep track of student applications and deadlines. It is great to print this out and keep track of all students progress in one place.
- It has an accounting feature that allows you to track charges and credits and print statements.
- The Session Notes feature allows you to record meeting and phone conference notes and keep track of emails- in other words all time spent and every contact with each of your students. It is great for keeping track of total time spent on files.
As my business grows every year, mycca.net has become an indispensible office assistant that permits me to stay organized and devote my time to my students rather than to paperwork.

In my opinion, one of the best features about mycca.net is the ease with which you can send a broadcast e-mail to students and families. Then the e-mails are stored in each student's file, so I am easily able to track every contact I have made with the families. I also really like the ease and simplicity of the accounting function. Since consulting is a simple cash business, there is no need for payables, receivables, etc. and mycca.net's invoicing is quick and easy. The reports included are useful as well, such as student labels, "student open balances" and "students without future appointments". I feel much more organized with my business thanks to mycca.net

Mycca.net is a valuable record-keeping tool for my business.
